 Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a valid, unexpired Colorado Security Guard License issued through Denver's Excise and License Department. All officers pass an FBI background check prior to employment. Guardianship Security LLC is fully insured with general liability and workers' compensation coverage. 

 All officers use GPS tracking software while on duty, providing real-time location data to our dispatch team and detailed shift logs for our clients. Officers are also equipped with body cameras and use our reporting software to document all incidents, patrols, and interactions during their shift. 

 We offer flexible arrangements depending on your needs. We can provide one-time event coverage, short-term contracts, and long-term ongoing service agreements. Contact us to discuss the arrangement that best fits your situation. 

 For planned engagements, we typically need 48–72 hours to properly vet, assign, and brief officers for your site. For urgent situations, please call us directly at (720) 313-0984 and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. 

 We provide both. Our armed officers carry valid Colorado Armed Security Licenses and current firearm qualifications. Our unarmed officers are trained in de-escalation, access control, and incident reporting. We can recommend the appropriate level of coverage based on your specific needs and risk profile. 

 De-escalation is central to our philosophy. We are not an aggression-oriented company. Our officers are trained to resolve situations calmly and professionally, with respect and dignity for all individuals — including vulnerable populations. We believe the best security outcome is one where force is never needed. 

 Yes. We provide NFPA 101-compliant fire watch services for construction sites and commercial buildings with temporarily disabled fire suppression systems. Our fire watch officers conduct hourly inspections and maintain detailed logs. We can often deploy on short notice for emergency fire watch needs. 

 Yes. Guardianship Security LLC is a women-owned business based in Denver, Colorado. We are actively pursuing WBENC, SBA WOSB, and Colorado CWBE certifications to better serve supplier diversity programs and government contracting opportunities.
